For each cancer type and DNA source, there are three files:
1. Differentially modified gene list identified by Deseq2.
2. The normalized 5hmC count data for each sample.
3. The sample information including gender, age, and diagnosis (cancer/control).

For each tissue type, the bigwig data can be downloaded for visualization.
